Care

While the pots I make are technically safe for the dishwasher, I do recommend handwashing as it is gentler on the piece in the long run.

They are microwave safe (unless otherwise specified), but try to prevent any extreme temperature changes to avoid thermal shock.

Returns

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please do let me know if there is a concern with your order. I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new pots and if there is an issue I will do what I can to make it right!

Shipping

I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but since I'm just one person, packing and shipping can sometimes take up to a week for my larger updates. 

Please ensure you enter your mailing address correctly, as I print out shipping labels directly from what you provide. In the event that the address you provided was incorrect and your package gets returned to me, I will invoice you the cost to re-ship your order. 

I take a lot of care in the packaging of fragile pottery, but please understand that Golden Earth Designs is not responsible for any damages that may happen during shipping. Once your package is in the care of the USPS it is completely out of my hands. If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the USPS. USPS Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100; USPS First Class does not include insurance. If you would like to add or increase the insurance for your order, please reach out to me at goldenearthdesigns@gmail.com and we'll figure something out.

All orders receive their own tracking number. Once your package is in the possession of the USPS I don't have access to any more information than you do, so if there is a delay please check in on the tracking info.
